Begin tapping on the following points, repeating your setup statement at each point:
Karate chop (Gamut point)
Eyebrow
Side of the eye
Under the eye
Under the nose
Chin
Collarbone
Under the arm
Top of head
After completing the round, reassess your emotional state. Has the intensity of your negative feelings decreased? If so, you can repeat the process with a new setup statement if needed.
