Self-care in pregnancy: anxiety relief for expectant mums

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often referred to as "tapping," is a self-help or therapeutic approach that combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine with modern psychology. EFT involves tapping on specific acupuncture points on the body while focusing on emotional issues or physical discomfort.

In this EFT tap along session I focus on tapping “away” anxious thoughts and feelings in pregnancy. This video is intended to help expectant mum’s better manage their pregnancy stress, emotional well-being and anxiety in pregnancy.
