My question remains: how do they get away with this?

I have been wanted to try skincare from Aldi, Lacura range, for a hot minute! There appear to be so many cult beauty products that have been, well, copied.... I am not entirely certain how Aldi does not spend its time in litigation over these "dupes"... anyway I guess mine is not to reason why!
