Mindfulness is a way of life, and with a few minutes, a day of active mindfulness exercises you can reduce your stress, become more creative, increase your self-knowledge through reflection and pay more attention to your well-being and that of others.
You can practice mindfulness through meditation and short pauses throughout the day to reflect and refocus.
