Do you feel anger?

Whilst feeling the emotion of anger is natural, when it becomes an emotion, you feel too frequently it can have deeply negative impacts to your well-being.

Anger is an intense emotional response typically associated with feelings of displeasure, frustration or hostility. It can manifest in a variety of ways, ranging from mild annoyance to explosive outbursts.
