I would emphatically say "YES" to that! That has definitely been my experience. I find peace and serenity in meditation. I also find I can use meditation to reprogram my thinking so that I can improve different aspects of my life - like removing limiting beliefs I have around abundance and money or working through past emotional trauma.
There are many benefits to meditation, and everyone's experience with meditation is personal and unique.
I have created a meditation journal so you can track the progress of your meditation and mindfulness practice on a daily basis and reflect on how you feel before and after meditating. By journaling your meditation sessions, you will enhance your experience. By tracking your meditations, you will be able to understand what meditation styles and lengths work best. By also capturing your feelings you will be able to identify ways, such as adjusting the length of a meditation, that will help you feel better faster.
