I get so attached to people, things, moments in time... are you the same?
I know that if I stood more in myself, detaching myself from potential outcomes, from meanings others might make of my actions, of how I am, I would live more freely and with greater happiness and peace.
Detachment is the practice of letting go of attachment to material possessions, emotions, and other people. It is being able to remain emotionally separated from an event or experience, being able to observe and reflect on your circumstances objectively and with a clear mind.
